Commons:Deletion requests/Files in Category:Files from the official Cartoon Network India YouTube channel

Hypothetically speaking what will you do if Cartoon Network India starts uploading Creative Commons videos again? Trade (talk) 23:34, 12 December 2025 (UTC)

According to where I got it, it’s a fixed version of an artwork from the 1700s (When Cheoljong lived), so one half was made in the 1700s, and the other half filled in in the 1980s. KeyolTranslater (talk) 15:58, 18 December 2025 (UTC)

Could you take a look at File:Flag of the Bangladesh Tarikat Federation.png because it's similiar to File:Nationalist Democratic Movement (Bangladesh).jpg which you tagged for speedy deletion. The two flags are claimed as "own work" based on images found on Facebook. Do not remove deletion request templates from files. If the Clinton Foundation is the copyright holder and released it in the public domain, we would need a confirmation from them by email (please see COM:VRT for the procedure, and COM:THIRD for the whole process). It could be in the public domain for lack of copyright notice or renewal, but this has to be proved. Where and when was it first published? Deletion of Category:Brick buildings in Lazio

Today you deleted the category:Brick buildings in Lazio, that I had created some years ago and informed me so late that I had no chance to prevent it. The requiring user obviously had emptied it, destrictively.

Why is this ceategory necessary: Lazio has some important buildings of visible brick from various periods and therefore in various styles, som are of pagan Antiquity, some are of Cristian late Antiquity, such as Santo Stefano Rotondo, some are in Romanesque style, such as San Lorenzo in Piscibus and several residential towers, and some even are in Gothic style. The usage of visible brick is an important feature of European architecture, remember Pomposa Abbey, or Gotico Lombardo, or north-alpine Brick Gothic.

I did not succeed to get the note in the public deletion log.

But the user who had required the quick deletion must have emptied the category, before. Therefore his edit history must show the categories of single buildings that had been categorized in this category.--Ulamm (talk) 22:18, 18 December 2025 (UTC)

Not sure how to add copyvio for subtitles

As indicated here: TimedText:A_Star_Is_Born_(1937).webm.pt.srt — it doesn't seem to be able to be templated, but this set of Portuguese subtitles (which don't quite sync anyway...) is a new translation created by a user on another site (according to the other site - it could come from an actual home media release, too, but, either way, presumably not be the IP editor who added the subs).
